Shipping is a flat $1.50 for up to five items, $2.00 for 6-10 items, and $2.50 for more than ten. For each item labeled "large", add an extra fifty cents per item.

You may request priority shipping for $5 extra for most things ($10 extra if order contains "large" items).

Note: the prices quoted below are per packet. Generally, each packet contains at least twenty seed or hundreds of spore, except for many woody plants, which are 10 seed to a packet. All seed and spore collected in 2009 unless specified otherwise.

We sometimes send more seed that cited. When we have a new harvest but still have old stock that we believe to be viable, we may send some old stock in addition to the new. If we have an exceptionally large harvest, we may send extra. If we suspect that the germination rate on a batch may be low, we may try to send more.

Germination guarantee:

IF instructions are properly followed, and you do not achieve at least 30% germination, we will replace your order absolutely free at the next opportunity, or send your payment back (minus the original s&h). This guarantee does NOT apply to hickories (genus Carya). The germination of ferns is that of the gametophytes, not the sporophytes.
